At Wellosi, we work to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after the order is successfully placed.

Orders are not normally processed on weekends or holidays.

During promotional periods, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.

Shipping

We offer shipping options for customers in the United States and internationally.

Free shipping is currently available on orders over $50, as indicated on our website. Shipping options and any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

Where available, orders may include tracking information so you can monitor delivery progress.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us at sales@wellosi.com with your order number and tracking information.

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country.
